Day on the Bay out of Port A
Build Your Day on the Bay
Welcome to our interactive tool to help you have the perfect day on the bay.
What matters most to you?
Every great day on the bay is a mix of all three β but one usually leads. Which one is yours?
Boat
The cruise. Lighthouse views, the Lexington, dolphin sightings, open bay water. You want to see the bay.
Best for: explorers, sightseers, first-timers
Float
The play. Anchor in Flato Cut, drop a floating hammock, swim, paddleboard. You want to be in the bay.
Best for: families with kids, group days
Soak
The slow-down. Shade, drinks, dockside lunch at Mickey's or Paradise Key, golden hour. You want to unwind.
Best for: couples, friend hangs, slow days
How long do you want on the water?
Your own private Barletta tritoon, up to 10 guests, fuel included.
Half-Day Β· 4 Hours
Morning or afternoon. The perfect taste of the bay β all three acts without taking the whole day.
Full-Day Β· 9 Hours
The whole boat, the whole day. Cruise, anchor, dockside lunch in Rockport or at Mickey's, repeat.
How comfortable are you driving a boat?
Be honest β your answer shapes the route. There's no wrong answer.
I'm comfortable
I've driven boats before (or something similar). Happy to handle the wheel and tie up at a dock for lunch.
First time, or not sure
New to boating, or just not feeling confident about docking. Anchor and enjoy β no docking stress.
A note for first-timers: Docking takes practice. Wind, current, and other boats can make a tie-up tricky for new boaters, and we'd rather your first day on the water be relaxed than stressful. Anchoring in a calm spot with a packed lunch is actually one of the most popular ways to spend the day β and the views from the boat are better than any patio.
Your Route on the Bay
Real geographic locations, but approximate — not for navigation. View your onboard Simrad chartplotter or another navigation app for exact coordinates, depths, and routing. Your itinerary stops are highlighted in red; tap any pin for details.
Add to Your Day
Optional gear and packages to upgrade any rental. Pet Package and Yeti Cooler are available year-round; float gear is seasonal (MarchβOctober, as water temps and weather permit).
Itineraries are popular ways guests spend their day. Guest Operators (25+, valid ID, Texas Boater Education Certificate if born on or after Sept 1, 1993) are solely responsible for route selection, anchoring, dockside maneuvering, and safe navigation. Bay waters only β no Gulf access. Stay clear of designated NO ENTRY areas (Redfish Bay, Copano Bay, South Bay, Laguna Madre Flats, Oso Bay, Mud Island, Shamrock Island). Do not stop or anchor inside the Corpus Christi Ship Channel; transit only. Dockside restaurants are independent businesses; check hours and dock availability directly. Mandatory damage waiver and credit card hold apply. Map pin locations are approximate; not for navigation.
